Hotel Rate
$222.00 per night (single or double occupancy), plus applicable taxes. A daily resort fee, $10.00 plus tax, will be added to the guest room rate. Each additional person is $20.00 per room, per night.
Resort fee covers:
- Wired and wireless high speed internet access in guest room
- Wireless access in hotel public space (doesn’t apply to convention center space)
- Fitness Center access
- (2) bottled waters per day in room
- Shuttle service to Disney
- Daily newspaper
- Local and toll free 800 telephone calls (20 minutes per call)
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The Gaylord Palms has partnered with Mears Transportation to provide 24-hour shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport. No advance reservations are required but are recommended. Secure your reservation online or call 407-423-5566.

Theme Parks
Gaylord Palms offers complimentary scheduled shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World theme parks and Downtown Disney. A daily schedule is available at the concierge desk.
Taxi Service
Taxi charges from Orlando International Airport to the hotel are approximately $73, to airport from hotel is $58.
