CORPTAX Customer Support Portal 

CORPTAX continues to leverage technology to improve the customer support experience. As the first point of contact with the CORPTAX support teams, your online support inquiries will be systematically tracked, managed and quickly shared through our support organization to expedite resolution or escalation. Accessing the right people at the right time ultimately provides you with a higher level of customer service.

Customer Support Portal Login
Please use your e-mail address (up to 30 characters) as your Login ID and your existing online support password for the password. If you have trouble logging in, you may select the "Forgotten ID or Password" link to have the information sent to your e-mail address on file.  

Customer Support Telephone Access
In addition to using your company ID, you will be prompted for a PIN for security purposes. Your initial PIN has been set to the last four digits of your phone number. When you initially access the Customer Support Portal, you may select "Manage Your Contacts" under the Administration section to change your PIN information.

New Feature Highlights

The Support Portal is easier to use and helps you find real answers to your questions faster. The following list highlights the new Customer Support Portal features:

  • Individual User Dashboard - displays an overview of opened, created and closed cases in the current month. You can quickly sort your cases by date, severity, product, category and problem type.
  • Case Management - enables you to update cases with additional information, even those that were previously 'resolved'. Case updates alert the assigned Support Representative that new information exists. E-mail communications are also captured within case history.
  • Contact Administration - allows you to update your contact information and unique login/password information for online and phone support access. Each contact within your organization will now have a unique login.
  • Enhanced Knowledge Base Search Feature - helps you find what you need by giving you 24/7 access to real answers. You can also narrow search criteria to look specifically for certain knowledge articles by product topic, article type, publication period and more.
  • Links for Training Opportunities - conveniently directs you to our product training schedules for Classroom, eLearning, and Lunch & Learn Sessions.
