CORPTAX offers a variety of support services to assist clients on a daily basis. Support options include:
Client Login – download system updates through our password protected website.
Account Support Network – When you license a software product from CORPTAX, you are assigned a personal Account Support Representative (ASR). The ASR is your primary contact throughout the life of your software investment and is responsible for ensuring your satisfaction. Our ASRs assist with; initial software setup, training, and ongoing support. Our unique ASR network is located in offices throughout the country to ensure clients consistently receive superior service, regardless of their location.
Register For Updates – To help you stay on top of important tax developments and supplement your knowledge, CORPTAX regularly sends e-mail communications containing pertinent product information, announcements, newsletters, training programs and other tax law updates.
Hotline Support – CORPTAX software clients receive timely support and assistance through our Customer Support Center. Support specialists assist clients with procedural questions, product inquiries and troubleshooting.
The Customer Support Center operates Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Central Time). Extended support hours, including evenings and weekends, are put into effect during the major tax filing season. Each time a client places a call to the Customer Support Center, the call is logged and tracked to ensure the question or problem is resolved in a timely manner.
